This project was in need of an update. Just as interior projects such as kitchens and baths done 20 years ago, it was time for the exterior. We removed the dated pavers and retaining that surround the lower patio. We redesigned the flow and view to the pool. The existing landscape had tall garden plantings obstructing the view to the pool with no direct path to the pool. The solution was to enlarge the upper patio to allow for sitting chairs to watch her grandkids play in the pool. Wide flowing flagstone steps allow unobstructed views. New plantings backdrop the pool and landscape lighting enhance the landscape into the evening night.
